Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical information for Quincy rotary and reciprocating products.
- Update knowledge of new products, product modifications, and warranty policies.
- Maintain current product documentation for the Technical Service Department.
- Provide daily reports of field problems reported via phone and email.
- Train Service Technicians and distributors on product service and repair.
- Administer the remote monitoring platform (ICONS).
- Accompany service technicians to customer sites to perform air audits.
- Compile data and construct reports in a timely manner.
- Handle Industrial Air Piping design and modifications.
- Perform Quality Air Auditing and Compressor Power Consumption Audits.
- Troubleshoot networking and connectivity of compressed air equipment.
Requirements
- High School Degree required.
- 2 years’ experience in a relevant role (preferred).
- Knowledge of compressed air products and services.
- Technical expertise.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- CAD experience (preferred but not required).
- Ability to move about the facility and customer sites.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 40% may be required).
Desired Qualifications
- Mechanical or Civil Engineering Degree (preferred).
