In short

As a Technical Specialist in Bangalore, you will design, provision, and secure cloud platforms using Terraform and Google SecOps, applying sound software engineering and security practices. You will also analyze security requirements, translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements, and facilitate user acceptance testing, bringing 7-10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Use Terraform to design, provision, configure, migrate, and tune platform components.
Use Google SecOps to implement, harden, test, and remediate security and access controls.
Apply sound software engineering, configuration, and quality practices aligned to organizational standards.
Ensure adherence to secure coding, data handling, and access-control practices.
Collaborate with architects and peer engineers to validate design choices and technical trade-offs.
Keep technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration artifacts current.
Demonstrate strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain current proficiency, certifications, or hands-on practice on primary tools.
Own technical design decisions, code and configuration reviews, and standards.
Analyze and validate security requirements, risk scenarios, controls, audit, and compliance obligations.
Translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceable deliverables.
Facilitate requirement reviews, solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, UAT coordination, and business sign-off.
Maintain functional specifications, process flows, decisions, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
Lead stakeholder alignment, prioritization, and cross-team dependency resolution.
Support release readiness, user enablement, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live stabilization.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Apply working knowledge of Cloud Security domain standards, compliance expectations, and business processes.

Requirements

Approximately 7 to 10 years of relevant industry experience aligned to the Senior Engineer band.
Track record of delivery in similar engagements.
