Responsibilities

  • Support team members in following up on outstanding debts.
  • Register and resolve disputes.
  • Follow up on outstanding debts through emails, tickets, outbound/inbound calls, and other contact forms.
  • Cooperate with Arla business units.
  • Perform regular invoicing tasks within agreed deadlines.
  • Issue manual invoices and credit/debit notes.
  • Respond to customer queries via email and/or phone.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Team Leader and Team Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, Linguistics or a related field.
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures to perform routine tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to review documents and records, enter data into systems, verify accuracy and completeness, and retrieve information to prepare reports or respond to inquiries.
  • Ability to proactively raise and clarify queries with the team, business stakeholders, and customers.
  • Advanced English language skills.
