We are looking for a Team Lead for Quality Control in Food Safety at our Quick Commerce Fulfillment Center in New Delhi. This role ensures compliance with FSSAI regulations, manages cold chain logistics, conducts audits, and provides food safety training. The position requires a bachelor's degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with a focus on maintaining high food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee compliance and quality standards across operations.
Ensure FSSAI licensing requirements and validate operational site licenses.
Manage cold chain compliance for temperature-sensitive items.
Monitor storage conditions and conduct regular audits.
Coordinate with service partners for corrective actions and drive gap closure.
Evaluate and audit third-party sites for adherence to food safety standards.
Deliver food safety training sessions.
Investigate customer complaints related to food safety.
Oversee housekeeping and hygiene protocols.
Maintain documentation of audits, temperature logs, and pest control reports.
Create dashboards, validate data, and identify process improvements.
Implement integrated pest management protocols.
Ensure proper segregation of food and non-food items.
Maintain storage compliance to prevent cross-contamination.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Fluent in English (speak, write, read)
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Experience with Excel

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies
