Ameristar Perimeter Security seeks a Manufacturing Support Supervisor in Tulsa, OK to oversee daily maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and systems. This role involves managing staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating repairs and installations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Oversee employees and contractors installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems.
  • Track facilities service requests and ensure timely, quality completion.
  • Schedule and ensure completion of inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Request quotes from and coordinate work with contractors and skilled trades.
  • Make day-to-day decisions for Facilities Maintenance, Skid building, Rack repair, Burn off ovens, Blast Booth, Stock room, Fleet, and on-site contractors.
  • Generate and manage spending requisitions.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain the team.
  • Develop preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent.
  • Experience in using special measuring devices: tape measure, micrometer, calipers.
  • Demonstrated ability of record keeping of KPI to understand cost impact of equipment and people.
  • Experience with 5S and continuous improvement activities.
  • Experience with dealing with different levels and backgrounds of personnel.
  • Experience with JDE, Microsoft.
  • Experience with PPE, fundamental safety, and OSHA.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
