The Security IAM PAM L1 Analyst supports Privileged Access Management operations by provisioning, monitoring, and administering privileged accounts. This role involves implementing access controls, onboarding accounts, monitoring sessions, and ensuring compliance with security policies. The analyst will work with various teams to safeguard privileged identities and reduce security risks.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day PAM administration activities.
Manage privileged account onboarding and offboarding processes.
Provision, modify, and revoke privileged access based on approved requests.
Support management of privileged accounts, service accounts, and shared accounts.
Ensure privileged credentials are securely stored and managed within PAM solutions.
Monitor privileged account activities and session logs.
Monitor privileged access alerts and escalate security concerns.
Generate operational reports and compliance dashboards.
Support audit evidence collection related to privileged access controls.
Maintain accurate records of privileged account activities.
Provide first-level support for PAM-related issues and user requests.
Assist in troubleshooting access-related problems.
Escalate complex IAM/PAM issues to L2 and L3 teams.
Participate in privileged access governance reviews.
