Responsibilities

Working with product management, R&D, and sales to influence product roadmaps and bring customer insight into future offerings.
Partnering with customers to understand technical requirements, propose tailored solutions, and guide teams through proof of concept, deployment, and optimization.
Leading workshops, presentations, and strategic discussions that position Synopsys as a trusted advisor and technology thought leader.
Mentoring solution architects and application engineers while fostering continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
15-20 years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, system architecture, or senior technical leadership.
Recognized expertise in EDA tools, semiconductor design flows, IP integration, and high-performance systems.
Experience architecting and leading strategic customer solutions at scale.
Executive-level communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Proven leadership in global, cross-functional environments, with industry publications or conference presence preferred.
