Som Senior Solutions Architect leder du tekniska engagemang för kunder i Europa Nord, med fokus på generativ AI, data, analys och säkerhet. Du arbetar nära kundteam och Account Managers för att forma arkitekturer, förstå affärsprioriteringar och ge mätbara resultat. Rollen innebär också mentorskap för juniora arkitekter och praktikanter.

Responsibilities

Own the technical engagement for your customers, from discovery to production launch, working alongside the customer and partner teams who design, build and run their solutions.
Understand each customer’s business priorities and build the business case for the solutions you recommend, working with Account Managers on account plans and opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor to CTOs, business leaders and engineering teams. Review their architectures and work with them on improvements to AI strategy, security, reliability and cost.
Lead technical workshops, and design and build demos and proofs of concept end to end that show customers their use cases working on AWS.
Mentor junior Solutions Architects and interns through design reviews, joint customer engagements and regular feedback.
Build deep expertise in at least one domain (e.g. GenAI, data and analytics, security) and turn your engagements into reusable assets for the wider team.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data and analytics)
3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and presenting them to senior technical and business stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

Experience mentoring junior engineers, architects or interns, or a strong interest in developing others
Hands-on experience bringing generative AI or agentic AI solutions to production
Experience with data and analytics platforms, or with migration and modernization projects
Experience with cloud security, such as identity and access management, data protection, threat detection or compliance
AWS Professional or Specialty certification
Proficiency in Swedish and/or another Nordic language
