Responsibilities

Build competitive knowledge, document compete patterns, and share within the community.
Develop strategic win and customer success plans tailored to local markets.
Proactively develop strategic responses to market threats by identifying patterns and providing feedback.
Build readiness plans for peers and identify learning opportunities.
Monitor and act as a thought leader in internal tech communities.
Share best practices and deliver content at Microsoft events.
Scale wins through partners by promoting them within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Support partner technical capacity and identify new partnership opportunities.
Leverage knowledge of resources and engage product teams to remediate technical blockers.
Lead complex technical wins by establishing rules of engagement and coaching others.
Ensure alignment of Microsoft technologies with future sector standards.
Assess and consult on customer security needs as a trusted advisor.
Demonstrate and oversee demonstrations of solutions and position them against competitors.
Apply advanced sales methodologies to guide customers through digital transformation.
Adapt and extend architecture patterns for complex customer requirements.
Deliver reusable assets for the business.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
Strong technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
Strong experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).

Desired Qualifications

Demonstrates and oversees demonstrations (e.g., architectural design sessions, and proof of concept (POC) sessions, pilots, hackathons) of solutions based on multiple products and position solutions against competitors.
Applies advanced sales methodologies (e.g., challenger sales) to guide customers through digital transformation solutions, underscoring security improvements and using innovation to challenge solutions against changing technology (e.g., Power Apps).
Adapts and extends architecture patterns to accommodate complex customer requirements and drive integration solutions for industry flavor.

Benefits

Typical base pay range for this role across France is € 69,000.00 - € 119,200.00 per year.
