You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs with significant business impact, driving strategy and tactical execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure program success and alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs.
Drive overall program strategy and tactical execution.
Analyze data and drive improvements with quantified metrics.
Define program mission, vision, and objectives.
Partner with customers and teams to prioritize projects.
Oversee the gap between teams, processes, and systems.
Improve, streamline, and/or eliminate excess process.
Communicate progress and outcomes effectively.
Mentor and develop others.

Requirements

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Desired Qualifications

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
