Arla seeks a Site Finance Business Partner to support two production sites in Central Jutland, Denmark. Responsibilities

Partner with the site leadership team on strategic and operational decisions
Drive forecasting, performance management, and financial transparency
Translate financial data into clear business recommendations
Identify opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, and efficiency
Ensure consistency and quality in forecasts and performance reporting
Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance colleagues
Support improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices
Act as the key link between Finance and Operations, creating a shared view of performance and priorities

Requirements

A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience within Business Partnering, FP&A, Consulting, or a similar finance role
Strong analytical, stakeholder, and communication skills
Experience with forecasting, business cases, and performance management
A proactive mindset and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
Fluency in Danish and English

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse solutions is an advantage
Eagerness to learn, develop, and make a real difference
