Amazon Data Services Sweden AB is looking for an HR Partner to join the AWS Infrastructure Services Builder Experience Team (BeXT) in Eskilstuna, Sweden. This on-site role focuses on enhancing the employee experience within Data Center Operations by collaborating with leaders, managing HR strategies, and analyzing employee sentiment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and demonstrated HR Generalist experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Data Center Operations leaders, HRBPs, and partner teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies.
Focus on talent and performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
Leverage Builder listening mechanisms to monitor and analyze Builder sentiment trends.
Provide regular sentiment updates and recommended actions to site leadership and HR Business Partners.
Manage multiple scenarios utilizing HR expertise, consulting skills, and influence.
Connect sentiment trends and HR data to operational goals.
Proactively leverage Builder sentiment data to advocate for Builders’ needs.
Develop proactive strategies and goals focused on the Builder experience.
Conduct weekly Gemba Go See (GGS) walks.
Partner with cross-functional teams such as HRBPs, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations.
Apply HR fundamentals to problem-solve and influence diverse populations.
Work in a fast-paced and complex changing environment driven by continuous innovation.
Consult, coach, and develop site leadership.
Foster and role model an environment of inclusion for all Builders.
Exercise high-judgement, manage through ambiguity, and serve as first point of escalation for Builder concerns.
Support Builder queries with discretion and expertise, navigating Amazon Policies.
Promote adoption of technology and self-service.
Collaborate and influence multiple levels of the organization.
Conduct workplace investigations in collaboration with Builder Relations.
Own and deliver site-specific people projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Demonstrated relevant Human Resources Generalist experience.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working in a matrixed organization.
Coaching and consulting skills.
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
Experience consulting on complex performance management cases.
Employee Relations/Investigations experience.
Possess conviction and tenacity, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Thrives in a high-pressure, ambiguous environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
Intellectual curiosity; brings insight to team and business.
Ability to demonstrate high-judgement, empathy, autonomy, and flexibility.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee issues in Human Resources.
Work Council or other employee representative bodies (ERB) experience.
