Responsibilities
- Execute administrative activities across multiple service operations areas and provide back-up support.
- Maintain and update relevant databases through accurate collection of internal and customer data.
- Prepare reports, visual management materials, and regular stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate the ordering and delivery of parts, tools, services, uniforms, and PPE.
- Support purchasing and invoicing activities.
- Partner closely with service administration and service support teams.
- Support the implementation and consistent application of global standards and processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing knowledge and adopting best practices.
Requirements
- An associate degree in Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting administrative processes and activities in a business environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using SAP and Ariba.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new processes, and continuously develop skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and self-discipline.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities while collaborating effectively.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement of administrative processes using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps will be highly valued.
