Senior SAP SD Consultant needed to support and enhance Sales & Distribution processes in Signify's AMS landscape. Responsibilities include L2/L3 support, configuration of key SD areas (OTC, Pricing, Billing, etc.), enhancements, and integration with FI, MM, and WM/EWM modules. Requires 5-7 years of SAP SD experience, preferably in AMS projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD processes in AMS.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management within SLA.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
  • Configure and support key SD areas: Order-to-Cash (OTC), Pricing & Billing, Credit Management, Delivery & Shipping, Output determination.
  • Work on master data elements (customer, pricing conditions, material master – SD views).
  • Work on issues related to Finance Integration.
  • Analyze business requirements and prepare Functional Specifications (FS).
  • Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP) for development.
  • Support testing (UT, SIT, UAT) and deployment.
  • Coordinate with other SAP modules: MM (inventory & logistics), FI (billing & revenue postings), WM/EWM (warehouse integration).
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end OTC process flow.
  • Work closely with onsite / client SPOCs (Europe/Global teams).
  • Participate in daily/weekly AMS governance calls.
  • Provide status updates and risk escalations.
  • Maintain proper documentation (KT docs, SOPs, Configuration documents).
  • Ensure audit and compliance adherence.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of SAP SD experience.
  • SAP ECC / S/4HANA – Sales & Distribution (Core).
  • Strong understanding of OTC cycle.
  • Experience in pricing procedures, billing, output types.
  • Integration knowledge with FI/MM.
  • Exposure to SAP SD enhancements & user-exits.
  • Ability to work independently on tickets & small enhancements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication (client-facing role).
  • Ability to work in global delivery model.
  • Ownership-driven, SLA-focused execution.

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience in AMS / support projects (preferred).
  • Basic debugging knowledge (preferred).
  • Exposure to GATP.
  • Exposure to SAP C4C / CRM integration.
  • Exposure to IDOCs / Interfaces.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA transformation projects.
