We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead in Bengaluru, India, to design and develop scalable SAP S/4HANA O2C Core Build solutions. This role requires strong SAP SD knowledge, expertise in modern SAP development technologies, and SAP BTP, focusing on Clean Core principles and AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

Design and develop modern, scalable, Clean Core-compliant technical solutions for SAP S/4HANA O2C Core Build.
Collaborate with functional consultants and architects on technical architecture and solution design.
Evaluate business requirements against SAP standard capabilities before proposing custom development.
Design upgrade-safe extension architectures aligned with Clean Core principles.
Develop and support ABAP Objects, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, APIs, Web Services, IDocs, Workflow Enhancements, Event-Driven Integrations, SAP Fiori Applications, SAP BTP Extensions, and CAP Applications.
Support integration with various enterprise systems, platforms, and services.
Follow SAP Clean Core principles and perform code reviews.
Drive performance optimization and technical modernization.
Maintain reusable technical assets for future rollouts.
Ensure secure, maintainable, and supportable solution designs.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools like SAP Joule and Microsoft Copilot for design, development, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

6-10 years SAP ABAP development experience.
Recent SAP S/4HANA development experience.
Strong expertise in Modern ABAP, ABAP Objects, CDS Views, OData Services, APIs, IDocs, Enhancement Framework, and Technical Troubleshooting.
Mandatory skills in SAP BTP, RAP, CAP, SAP Fiori, SAP Integration Technologies, and Clean Core Development Principles.
Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation programs is highly preferred.

Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation programs is highly preferred.
Candidates should effectively utilize AI-assisted development tools like SAP Joule and Microsoft Copilot.
Expected use cases for AI include technical design generation, development acceleration, automated test case creation, defect analysis, technical documentation generation, Clean Core compliance assessments, and code refactoring and modernization.
