As a Senior Software Engineer in Front-End & Mobile at IKEA Range Operations in Malmö, Sweden, you will develop and operate digital solutions for product and price tag management. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Angular web applications and mobile applications for Android and iOS.
Collaborate with product teams, designers and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences.
Build, test and deploy high-quality features, with a focus on performance, security and maintainability.
Take ownership of technical challenges and drive solutions from idea to implementation.
Mentor engineers through knowledge sharing, feedback and technical guidance.
Contribute to technical decisions, architecture and engineering practices.
Proactively improve reliability, performance and developer experience.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices and experience working in agile teams.
Experience with Angular and TypeScript, or similar modern frontend frameworks such as React.
Experience with mobile application development.
Take technical ownership and are comfortable driving complex engineering topics.
Collaborate effectively across engineering, product and design.
Mentor others and contribute to technical discussions and decisions.
Take responsibility for code quality, documentation and continuous improvement.
Proactively identify opportunities and improvements rather than waiting for direction.

Desired Qualifications

Interest or experience in backend technologies and infrastructure.
Worked across multiple components or products within a digital product area.
Bring a product mindset, connecting technical decisions to user needs and business outcomes.
Understand networks, integrations and data flows between systems.
Experience influencing technical direction beyond your own development work.
