In short

The Senior Shift QC Technician is responsible for maintaining the quality system and providing analysis to improve production quality. This role involves product quality testing, customer claim handling, participating in WCM initiatives, driving base material quality improvements, and managing the quality system.

Responsibilities

Perform all product quality tests.
Maintain customer issue related system documents and manage KPIs like IRP cocktail, approved issues, critical issues prevention, PM claim, and handling lead time.
Maintain PM master data and accuracy for Total Waste related system documents.
Manage working material (AM) quality and projects, and maintain system documents for base material.
Participate in ISO9000/ISO14000/BRC/Iop system build-up and maintenance.
Implement Factory Process Control, including SPC and Computer Data Acquisition System.
Analyze data and provide improvement suggestions.

Requirements

At least 3 years of QA or related work experience in Production/Maintenance/WCM.
OR Post Graduate Engineering Degree in advanced science or Statistical Methods.
Familiarity with ISO9001/ISO14001/BRC/ISO22000/OHSAS18001 systems.
Experience with SPC, TQM, TPM, or WCM is needed.
