Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualization, functional specifications, release planning, and development of the product roadmap using SAP ABAP and related technologies for successful prototype launches.
Analyze and assess the financial and commercial viability of new SAP solutions, utilizing SAP UI/UX principles.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track productization efforts, plan go-to-market strategies, and manage revenue projections using OOABAP.
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored SAP solutions.
Manage, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture and ensure effective knowledge sharing in SAP ABAP practices.

Requirements

Expert-level proficiency in SAP ABAP, with comprehensive knowledge of OOABAP and ABAP for S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of SAP UI/UX design principles and their application in product development.
Solid analytical skills for assessing product viability and market opportunities.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

Desired Qualifications

Optional but valuable: SAP Certified Development Associate ABAP with SAP Netweaver or similar certifications.
