Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strategic relationships with high-growth global accounts, EPCs, and process licensors.
- Collaborate closely with Global Industry Sales, Global Project Pursuit teams, Emerson business units, and the India Sales organization.
- Partner with customers to develop, refine, and influence technical valve specifications.
- Lead technical training and marketing seminars for customers.
- Proactively engage in the early stages of project development to understand project direction and provide technical support.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape and new technologies within the control valve market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
- 5+ years work experience as a sales/application engineer.
- Excellent knowledge of Fisher products and solutions.
- Experience with control valve sizing and selection.
- Understanding of customer specifications and how to influence with Fisher technology.
- Experience working in teams.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of EPC, OEM, Global Endusers and process licensors.
- Strong presentation / technology demonstration skills.
- Strong knowledge of strategic account management, the project pursuit lifecycle, and effective customer engagement strategies.
