In short

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer with 10-15 years of experience to create user-centric designs for digital experiences. The role involves extensive use of Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and building design systems, along with conducting user research and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Create user-centric designs for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
Develop wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation exercises.
Design responsive and accessible user interfaces aligned with business requirements.
Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders.
Improve customer journeys and overall user experience through design thinking.
Ensure consistency across products and digital platforms.
Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging design tools.

Requirements

10 to 15 years of experience in UX/UI Design.
Strong expertise in Figma.
Strong expertise in Wireframing.
Strong expertise in Prototyping.
Strong expertise in User Research.
Strong expertise in Usability Testing.
Strong expertise in Interaction Design.
Strong expertise in Design Systems.
Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
Strong understanding of accessibility and user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Miro, or Axure.
Exposure to AI-powered applications, Copilots, and conversational interfaces.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend technologies.
Experience in digital transformation and enterprise application design projects.
