Highly motivated Senior Design Lead with extensive C/C++ experience and knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and real-time operating systems. The role involves resource allocation, PnL management, and leading product development initiatives. Requires excellent communication, leadership, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

Allocate resources based on project priorities.
Assist PnL owner in managing PnL.
Develop and program 32-bit microcontrollers and their peripherals.
Implement low power management strategies.
Plan and execute software tests using test scripts and emulators.
Debug communication interface issues for data transfer.
Read and interpret detailed hardware schematics.
Handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, including budget file updates.

Requirements

Extensive experience in C / C++.
Experience with 32-bit microcontroller and its peripherals programming.
Experience with low power management.
Experience with GCC and IAR embedded development environments.
Strong knowledge of embedded real-time operating systems (OS, drivers, etc.).
Software test planning and execution (use of test scripts, emulators, etc.).
Knowledge of USB, serial, and computer interface protocols (I2C, SPI).
Understanding of network communication theory, wireless network theory, and network communications protocols.
Hands-on experience with diagnostics or driver development for communication interfaces.
Ability to read and work with detailed hardware schematics.
Knowledge of using electronic measurement devices (oscilloscopes and logic analyzers).
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Comfortable with technical report writing.
Strong adaptability, capable of handling several projects and other tasks simultaneously.
Good team player, good interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership.
Strong customer focus.

Desired Qualifications

Python Programming knowledge is a plus.
A plus to have experience with embedded Linux.
