RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. is looking for a Senior CMP Process Engineer to own and sustain CMP processes, focusing on yield, quality, and cost targets. The role involves developing and optimizing CMP processes, driving yield improvement, and leading troubleshooting efforts in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and sustain CMP processes to meet yield, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
  • Develop and optimize CMP processes for robust manufacturing performance.
  • Drive yield improvement, defect reduction, and process capability enhancement.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis using data-driven methodologies.
  • Support daily manufacturing operations and resolve process issues promptly.
  • Execute process qualification, characterization, and DOE activities.
  • Lead tool qualification, process release, and technology transfer projects.
  • Drive productivity, capacity, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Monitor and improve key process KPIs (yield, Cpk, defectivity, OEE, throughput).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and global sites.
  • Lead technical projects and ensure on-time milestone delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and change management requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, with strong expertise in CMP processes.
  • Proven experience in process development, optimization, yield improvement, and HVM support.
  • Strong track record in process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving results.
  • Knowledge of DOE, SPC, FMEA, JMP/Minitab, and statistical process control.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 2+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 1+ year of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
  • PhD in Engineering, Science, or related field.
