Responsibilities
- Drive customer success by leading architectural design and enabling sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot in complex accounts.
- Leverage agentic AI expertise, including prompt engineering and agent-building, to define reusable reference architectures and delivery patterns.
- Lead technically across account teams, orchestrate specialist teams, resolve blockers, and take architectural accountability for high-risk engagements.
- Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions that drive business value.
- Mentor and coach less experienced architects, lead readiness sessions, and contribute to intellectual property creation and reuse.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to inform internal strategy and maintaining technical readiness aligned with corporate initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Personal security clearance required, with experience in public sector, defense, and critical infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Cowork and agent development, including Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, Microsoft Graph connectors, and Azure AI services.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, advising senior and executive stakeholders.
- Track record of leading complex, multi-workload architectures end to end.
- Experience mentoring other architects or engineers.
