Responsible for managing end-user hardware procurement operations and access governance. This role requires advanced support for SAP systems, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on ITIL processes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Adhere to Quality Standards and Regulatory Requirements by Implementing SAP and Access Governance Best Practices.
Provide Advanced Support for Complex Incidents Escalated by Analysts, Performing Root Cause Analyses and Implementing Solutions in SAP Environments.
Engage in Value-Adding Activities such as Updating and Managing the Knowledge Base, Training New Team Members, and Coaching Analysts.
Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed SLAs by Collaborating With Cross-Functional Support Teams.
Enhance Customer Experience and CSAT Metrics Through Effective First Call Resolution Strategies.
Manage end-user hardware procurement requests through ServiceNow and Coupa.
Process requisitions, purchase orders, and order fulfilment activities for laptops, peripherals, and related hardware.
Manage daily incoming ServiceNow tickets, provide timely status updates, and ensure closure of requests within agreed SLA timelines.
Maintain accurate ticket documentation and update ServiceNow records for end-user visibility and tracking.
Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, track deliveries, and resolve procurement issues.
Manage procurement requirements across 30+ countries, including support for complex regions such as LATAM.
Proactively resolve procurement blockers, delivery delays, account holds, and invoice-related issues.
Perform Goods Receipt (GRN) activities and manage invoice reconciliation in coordination with Finance and suppliers.
Support supplier onboarding activities and identify sourcing solutions for countries with limited supplier coverage.
Act as the primary point of contact for end users regarding order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, including procurement productivity, open orders, GRNs, invoice status, and ticket metrics.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, Order Management, P2P processes.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Coupa.
Knowledge of purchase order management, invoice reconciliation, and vendor coordination.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a global environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of SAP Systems And Access Governance Frameworks.
Solid Understanding Of Troubleshooting Techniques And Root Cause Analysis Methodologies.
Familiarity With Regulatory Compliance Standards Relevant To SAP Operations.
Strong Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration And Customer Interaction.
Capability To Manage And Train Junior Analysts In SAP Support Processes.

Desired Qualifications

Optional But Valuable Certifications: SAP Certified Technology Associate, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
