Amazon Data Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Security Program Manager to oversee the design, installation, and integration of physical security systems in data centers. This role involves managing large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with security standards, and staying updated on emerging technologies to enhance data center safety and security.

Responsibilities

Observe Physical Security Standards and Programs that support the goals of the Global Physical Security Team.
Lead physical security design and system installation for new data centers, data center expansions and special projects.
Lead physical multi-million-dollar security project lifecycle management including bid packages, specifications, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, change orders, and close-out documentation.
Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for leadership to make strategic decisions regarding technology and procedure.
Execution and coordination of preventative maintenance and repairs to security system equipment.
Ensuring compliance with physical security project standards, project Scopes of Work, budgets and timelines.
Designing, developing, and implementing solutions for system installations, upgrades, repairs and change management.
Supporting security system equipment commissioning, Completing final Test, Acceptance and project hand-off.
Building and deploying training programs for all users of physical security systems.

Requirements

5+ years of leading large complex programs experience.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Communications Engineering.
Experience with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices, access control systems, etc.
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.
10 years’ experience managing the Physical Security System Deployment Projects.

Desired Qualifications

5+ years of vendor management experience.
5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
PMP, Prince2, PgMP, SAFe or SCRUM/Agile certification.
