Tetra Pak seeks a Salesforce Expert in Polanco, Mexico, to manage user and master data, analyze sales forecasts, and maintain pricing. This role involves supporting sales teams, providing reports, and training end-users on Salesforce functionalities.

Responsibilities

  • Be the local point of contact for user and master data maintenance, sales forecasting analysis, and pricing maintenance.
  • Drive sales and customer management user access and data maintenance within the local organization.
  • Train and support end-users in processes and tools.
  • Understand the business with an end-to-end view (Carton, Processing and Services).
  • Serve as the primary contact and driver for Salesforce system users and the sales team.
  • Provide sales reports for several users.
  • Interact with customer experience and value selling programs and drive operational aspects.
  • Offer super user support for Salesforce general data and maintenance.
  • Provide operational support to commercial processes like forecasting, value selling, and relationship management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing, engineering, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting commercial processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce system.
  • Upper intermediate Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • People management abilities are required.

Desired Qualifications

  • Nice to have knowledge in Power BI.
