Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop business opportunities and provide customers with an experience of ABB's capabilities.
- Manage end-to-end tender processes, including bid preparation, documentation, and submission.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, finance, legal) for proposal development.
- Prepare and maintain tender documentation, schedules, and timelines.
- Track tender status, manage follow-ups, and communicate updates.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and ABB standards.
- Assist in contract negotiations and maintain project records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Master of Science or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Knowledge in energy industries, electrical and automation projects.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales support, tender management, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy and timelines.
