ABB is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Ostrava, Czechia, to provide technical advice and solutions to customers and the sales team during the proposal process. This hybrid role requires a Master's degree in electrical engineering, fluency in English, and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Support the assigned Sales organization and customers during the proposal process.
Serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
Prepare technical descriptions of products and technology.
Determine costs and prepare final documentation.
Offer technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists.
Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine optimal technical solutions.
Provide technical support to the Sales team during meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Support the Sales organization/customers in determining technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions.
Work closely with sales and B&P team.

Requirements

Master’s degree in electrical engineering as minimum
Fluency in English (B2 and above)
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Responsible approach
