Responsibilities
- Enroll new brands into Transparency to provide comprehensive brand protection and deliver on units protected goal.
- Manage strategic accounts, upsell Transparency to improve coverage, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Manage a large portfolio of existing brands, ensuring retention, brand experience, and NPS.
- Lead regional pilot initiatives, acting as a bridge between regional business needs and WW product development.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across brands, WW team, FC, and program teams to reduce defects and ensure seamless program execution.
- Lead knowledge management initiatives and mentor new hires to build team capability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas.
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
