Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to identify needs and inspire them with home furnishing solutions.
  • Support sales by maintaining a clean and well-presented sales floor.
  • Plan and design kitchens, providing accurate quotes for worktops and installations.
  • Respond to customer emails and process payments in-store and remotely.

Requirements

  • Ability to conduct sales discussions effectively.
  • Experience in a customer and commercial-oriented business, with an interest in home life, particularly kitchens.
  • Capacity for initiative, adaptability to change, problem-solving, and clear communication.
  • Skilled in using computer software.

Desired Qualifications

  • Kitchen School training provided, including a 3-week paid trip to IKEA Dublin.
  • Support and training to ensure upskilling before opening.
