Requirements

  • Extensive leadership experience in sales, ideally as a Senior Shopkeeper, Deputy Sales Manager, or Sales Manager.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in driving sales, profitability, productivity, and business performance.
  • Ability to identify performance gaps, develop action plans, and execute improvements.
  • Ability to lead with agility and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience collaborating with external business partners.
  • Proven experience leading and developing people and building engaged, high-performing teams.
