- Analyze customer behavior and business performance to implement improvements.
- Collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders.
- Ensure optimal workforce planning and rostering.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in sales, ideally as a Senior Shopkeeper, Deputy Sales Manager, or Sales Manager.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in driving sales, profitability, productivity, and business performance.
- Ability to identify performance gaps, develop action plans, and execute improvements.
- Ability to lead with agility and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience collaborating with external business partners.
- Proven experience leading and developing people and building engaged, high-performing teams.
