Responsibilities
- Manage administrative operations of office general services.
- Create local purchase orders for various departments and provide administrative follow-up.
- Manage the company vehicle fleet database and coordinate maintenance appointments.
- Organize and schedule appointments, travel arrangements, presentations, and general events.
- Manage lease agreements and insurance policies.
- Generate certificates and official documentation.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Monitor local employee updates, including medical leaves, hires, terminations, and medical check-ups.
Requirements
- Higher education in Business Administration or a related field.
- Solid experience in administrative routines and processes.
- Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and especially Excel).
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and digital communication.
- Organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors.
- Strong organizational skills, sound judgment in prioritizing demands, and effective time management.
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is a plus.
