In short

Responsible for overall facility and administration activities, including daily/weekly/monthly technical checks, corrective maintenance, vendor coordination, and DG maintenance. This role also involves troubleshooting conveyor systems, power distribution, and control components, along with minor refurbishment and safety checks for building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks per PPM schedule.
Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
Monitor energy consumption and manage DG maintenance.
Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
Support production in a safe, customer-focused manner.
Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
Conduct regular checks of fire alarm and fire extinguishers.
Perform maintenance, oiling, and greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
Attend to regular electrical works.
Issue height work and hot work permits.
Handle minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCA.
Update tools inventory.
Manage PPM schedule maintenance.
Oversee soft services activities such as pest control, housekeeping, and scrap/garbage disposal.
Handle agency staff and overall shift management.
Control housekeeping and cleaning activities of the premises.
Control sanitization and pest control activities.
Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and modification works for site infrastructure and machineries.
Support pantry services for the site.
Support operations for system and facility improvement.
Upkeep and maintain facility infrastructure.
Prepare contracts for housekeeping, pest control, and repairs & maintenance activities.
Control and maintain records of all activities.
Ensure fulfillment of all safety requirements as per Amazon Standard and Indian Factory Rules.
Ensure fulfillment of all statutory requirements applicable to facility management.
Timely payment of regular facility bills (Electricity, Water, Rented Machines, Facility Rent, etc.).
Manage spares and inventory control.
Train and develop people.
Undertake infrastructure improvement, modification, and project jobs.
Prepare Opex and Capex budgets.
Develop standard procedures and check sheets for safe handling of routine activities.
Manage document control and record keeping for statutory, maintenance, engineering, safety, and quality aspects.

Requirements

Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.

Desired Qualifications

Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
