Responsibilities

Contribute to ABB’s success with technology, software, product, and system development.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to relevant problems.
Provide ideas and work both independently and as part of an R&D team.
Work as an independent and reliable contributor in R&D projects with limited supervision.
Perform various tasks in mechanics, electronics, thermal, or software, from concept building to technology transfer and maintenance.
Understand and apply applicable processes, standards, guidelines, and requirements.
Drive the achievement of assigned targets (quality, time, scope, cost) and address risks.
Configure power electronic devices, Drives, PLCs & software tools.
Gain knowledge of network communication and configuration.
Configure and set up power electronic devices through PC Tools.

Requirements

B.E/B-Tech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation.
3 to 6 years of Software development experience.
Experience with C#, .NET Framework, Microsoft WPF.
Strong and Hands-on Experience in Windows Application Development using Microsoft Technologies.
Strong concepts on C#, .Net, OOPS, LINQ.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript.
Practical experience with JavaScript frameworks, ideally vue.js.
Experience in Design Patterns, Design Principles and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), MVVM, Windows Application Development.
Experience in NSubstitute & Basics of ASP.Net, Angular JS with Scrum Processes.
Experience in end-to-end product development using SDLC practices.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of network communication and configuration.
Knowledge in configuring & setup of power electronic device through PC Tools.
