Responsibilities
- Create Sales Orders in ERP system.
- Purchase project components based on requirements.
- Track component orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Record commercial data and provide project component status.
- Arrange logistics and select appropriate transportation modes.
- Manage customs E book data for timely component arrival.
- Implement bonded manual procedures for compliance.
- Process vendor invoices.
- Monitor parts, schedule production, and manage demand peaks.
- Monitor OEM extra costs.
- Provide delivery documents to customers and close ERP orders.
- Record data as required by the data team.
- Collect and sort certificates.
- Assist with financial inventory.
- Analyze and implement measures for Delivery on Time.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree major and familiar with order handling.
- At least 3 years' experience in supply chain area of manufacturing industry or customs affairs.
- Experienced in ERP system.
- Experienced in MS OFFICE esp.: excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English both in spoken and written.
Desired Qualifications
- Power BI is a plus.
- Handbook is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skill.
- Strong knowledge of customs affairs in FTZ/BLP.
- Strong self-learning ability.
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn problem-solving tools.
- Ability to overcome difficulties and heavy working pressure.
- Proactive communication and good relationship building with colleagues.
