Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end launch activities for 3P operations, ensuring seamless site activation.
Partner with supply chain and operations teams to assess network capacity needs and deliver solutions.
Work closely with engineering teams on facility design, layout optimization, and automation integration.
Drive Think Big programs and coordinate top business efforts/projects to scale Hub Operations.
Act as liaison with other departments and run cross-functional projects.

Requirements

Experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience applying strong numerical and analytical abilities to develop product/program strategies.
Experience in evaluating complex processes and financial scenarios.
3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
Travel up to 25% of the time.

Desired Qualifications

Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics.
