As a Program Manager II at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects focused on integrated fleet actions and systems. Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional delivery, fleet actions, launches, and ecosystem integrations.
Translate complex business goals into clear scopes, OKRs, and actionable roadmaps while managing dependencies and risks.
Evaluate complex engineering challenges using technical judgment, participating in architectural discussions and trade-off evaluations.
Enhance operational predictability and cycle times by partnering with Engineering, Product Management, and Data Center Operations.
Navigate Data Center infrastructure and the evolving NPI ecosystem.
Deliver clear, regular updates on program health, strategies, and risks to partners.
Summarize technical issues into actionable briefs for leadership.
Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Leverage AI/ML principles and agent-based AI tools to streamline operations and accelerate delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in technical program management, data center management, data center operations, new product introduction (NPI), and risk management.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in supply chain management.
Experience in application development and generative AI agent.
Understanding of customer service, detail orientation, and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical management teams.
Ability to solve complex problems, drive results, and automate processes for efficiency gains.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic, ambiguous environment across all levels and around the globe.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
