Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for assigned exposure-reduction scenarios.
- Translate customer needs and business priorities into clear product requirements, investments, and milestones.
- Drive product experiences from definition through delivery, partnering with engineering, design, and security teams.
- Build AI-powered experiences and agents that use security and operational context to recommend actions and automate remediation.
- Bring operational context into remediation, enabling IT teams to balance security benefits with potential impact.
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand workflows, identify needs, validate product direction, and incorporate feedback.
- Measure and improve customer outcomes using product data and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product management or equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check required.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience improving product metrics.
- 2+ years experience disrupting a market.
- Experience in at least one of the following: cybersecurity, AI-powered products, or device management.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and complex technical problems into clear product requirements.
- Experience building and delivering enterprise software or cloud services.
- Learning agility and intellectual curiosity.
- Collaboration skills.
- Customer focus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
- Typical base pay range of USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year (US).
- Different pay range for San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area (USD $133,800 - $219,200).
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
