The Product Management team is seeking a Product Manager to define and build a new approach to reduce organizational exposure to cyber threats using Microsoft Intune and AI. You will work at the intersection of endpoint management, cybersecurity, and AI to create experiences that turn security insights into actionable and automated IT actions.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the product roadmap for assigned exposure-reduction scenarios.
Translate customer needs and business priorities into clear product requirements, investments, and milestones.
Drive product experiences from definition through delivery, partnering with engineering, design, and security teams.
Build AI-powered experiences and agents that use security and operational context to recommend actions and automate remediation.
Bring operational context into remediation, enabling IT teams to balance security benefits with potential impact.
Engage with enterprise customers to understand workflows, identify needs, validate product direction, and incorporate feedback.
Measure and improve customer outcomes using product data and feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product management or equivalent experience.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
Microsoft Cloud Background Check required.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management or equivalent experience.
2+ years experience improving product metrics.
2+ years experience disrupting a market.
Experience in at least one of the following: cybersecurity, AI-powered products, or device management.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and complex technical problems into clear product requirements.
Experience building and delivering enterprise software or cloud services.
Learning agility and intellectual curiosity.
Collaboration skills.
Customer focus.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

Typical base pay range of USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year (US).
Different pay range for San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area (USD $133,800 - $219,200).
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
