Responsibilities

  • Align contract processes with global standards and implement updates.
  • Build and enhance commercial strategies and frameworks for offerings and bid responses.
  • Facilitate sales and service activities for seamless integration of commercial offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to market offerings and translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize processes.
  • Support commercial compliance in CRM and manage complex contracts.
  • Drive revenue and gross profit objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends impacting services and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, regulations, and company guidelines.
  • Performs other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Technical Diploma or relevant work experience.
  • Previous sales experience is an asset.
  • Mining industry experience, specifically in maintenance and/or contracts management is an asset.
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Salesforce).
  • Ability to work as part of an integrated, broad team.
  • Flexible, self-motivated with demonstrated initiative.
  • Ability to develop knowledge of customer business processes.
  • Excellent customer relations and active listening skills.
  • Highly developed time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • Valid passport.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to visit customers.
