Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
Clean processing equipment and production lines to required standards
Help departments achieve hygiene targets
Ensure compliance with food safety procedures
Provide cover for intake duties when required
Support the safe and efficient receipt of raw materials and ingredients

Requirements

Enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Take pride in maintaining high hygiene and housekeeping standards
Possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing things right
Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
Be safety-focused and committed to food safety compliance

Basic computer literacy
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Willingness to learn new processes and develop technical knowledge

Desired Qualifications

HACCP awareness is advantageous
Dairy Hygiene certification is advantageous
IOSH Working Safely qualification is advantageous
Fork Lift Truck License is advantageous
