Responsibilities
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers, partners, and internal Ericsson stakeholders.
- Serve as a thought leader and strategic partner, guiding teams toward shared success.
- Facilitate seamless end-to-end process execution, identifying issues, designing solutions, and leading change management.
- Collaborate with peers in Networks Services to ensure consistent, efficient ways of working and share best practices.
- Lead development and execution of monthly and bi-weekly Domain governance.
- Drive strategy, standardization, and process consistency for KPIs, Monthly Governance, and Quarterly Operations Reviews.
- Oversee on-time delivery for all services, hardware, software, and New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Support management of cost center financials, LLR, utilization, and travel.
- Support achievement of financial goals including revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost savings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience in delivery, project management, and customer-facing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or IT from an accredited institution (Master's preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Experience establishing governance structures across multiple organizations, including OKR and KPI frameworks.
- Proven analytical ability with a talent for translating data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Understanding of PMI principles and demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience in S&OP and resource planning.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, with strong conflict resolution skills.
- Flexibility to travel up to 25%.
