Ericsson is seeking a Service Delivery Line Manager in Mexico City to support service sales and manage unit resources. This role involves aligning with Service Delivery Processes, managing internal workforce and ARPs/ASPs, and driving performance according to the Ericsson Leadership Framework. The ideal candidate will have skills in Competency Management, SRM Process, Merlin, data analytics, capacity planning, strategic planning, sales process, financial structures, WLA/SLA, financial acumen, customer and market insights, and Ericsson Business Processes Knowledge.

Responsibilities

Drive Performance Management for correct understanding and adherence to processes, methods, and tools.
Conduct Resource and Competence Management to ensure matching the right resources to the right cost with the right competence.
Manage unit finance to secure a balanced budget for the unit.
Ensure service delivery execution to have well-defined KPI/SLA/targets for delivering according to the contract.
Contribute and support service sales to promote our delivery.
Apply Service Delivery Strategy with a strategy plan broken down to unit level.
