We are seeking an MSOL - SW&SS Leader in Pune, India, to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive process and quality improvements, and foster talent development. This on-site, full-time role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering and 8+ years of leadership experience. You will be instrumental in aligning teams, enhancing productivity, and building an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, software, project management, supply chain, and product certification.
Facilitate alignment between local and global teams to ensure cohesive project and business goal execution.
Serve as a central point of contact and facilitate decision-making across teams.
Continuously improve processes and tools for productivity and quality assurance, exploring AI-enabled solutions.
Build an inclusive and encouraging environment for employees.
Develop and implement talent development strategies aligned with global product group vision.
Identify and implement plans for technical competency development.
Attract, develop, appraise, and retain qualified talent.
Motivate, empower, and develop the team.
Participate in and implement group-level resource planning.
Develop and manage budgets for operations, infrastructure, and talent development.
Undertake other responsibilities as reasonably instructed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
8+ years of experience in leadership (including engineering, project management, cross-functional team management).
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams or programs.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle, systems thinking, and organizational dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications

Experience leading and executing engineering project teams that develop new products.
Experience with Stage gated development processes.
Experience with Agile Product Development, e.g., SCRUM, TDD, XP.
Knowledge and experience of New Product Development staged gate processes.
Experience in high-growth, product-driven companies.
Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams.
