Responsibilities
- Complete a designated internship project, as assigned by the department manager.
- Lead and coordinate an engineering project with deliverable expectations.
- Partner with assigned mentor to solicit feedback and direction.
- Contribute to the production and design of the T-7 trainer by evaluating production non-conformances and developing potential design solutions.
- Acquire experience in a design organization and gain understanding of aircraft design and production functions.

Requirements
- Enrollment in an accredited degree program, with a major in Engineering or related discipline.
- Completed Freshman year or greater at time of hire (fall 2026).
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness and excitement to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to be self-driven and deliver a high quality of work.
- Ability to drive and lead change.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Internship/Co-Op experience is preferred but not required.
