The Materials Coordinator will be responsible for inventory control of raw and finished goods, managing warehouse operations, and coordinating material flow. This role requires a degree in a related field, intermediate/advanced English, and at least 5 years of experience in inventory control and logistics, with the ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory control in warehouses (raw and finished goods)
  • Control inputs and outputs in stores
  • Maintain inventory balances (physical and system)
  • Develop cycle count procedures and routines
  • Coordinate material location and identification
  • Generate key performance reports
  • Supervision of warehouse staff
  • Develop systems for material flow (receipts, inspection, warehouse, production)
  • Perform transactions for suspect material
  • Export document management
  • Manage U.S. and foreign country requirements for export/import shipments
  • Request freight weight quotes and manage carriers

Requirements

  • Degree and/or Engineering or related field
  • Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse and finish goods administration, and shipments/logistics
  • Ability to travel internationally (USA-VISA)
