Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Market Business Plan based on market intelligence analysis.
- Define and deliver customer marketing initiatives aligned with cluster growth strategy.
- Deliver marketing services for assigned customers using Cluster/Central organization materials.
- Provide input to new product requirements based on value chain needs.
- Provide input to future intelligence requirements and liaise with business intelligence.
- Manage Promotional Investment and programs for assigned customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years of Marketing Experience in a B2B or FMCG company.
- People management experience.
- Multi-cultural exposure.
- Preferably served as a marketing manager/leader for a relevant market in a global organization.
- Good level of French and English.
- Degree or MBA or equivalent in Marketing discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to manage significant marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
