Responsibilities

Define and execute Ericsson's global real estate strategy to ensure a competitive, flexible, and future-ready footprint.
Optimize portfolio performance, workplace effectiveness, and cost efficiency in partnership with Market and Business Areas.
Drive workplace experience evolution using new technologies and modern concepts to enhance employee engagement.
Develop strategic frameworks for local real estate teams to respond to evolving business needs.
Establish clear performance management through real estate KPIs, cost metrics, and operational benchmarks.
Support and drive global contract renewals and supplier strategies by collaborating with Sourcing teams.
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing global team, ensuring strong governance and budget management.
Build trusted partnerships with People, IT, Sustainability, Brand, and other stakeholders for integrated workplace solutions.
Champion sustainability, health and safety, business continuity, and operational resilience across the global real estate portfolio.

Requirements

University degree, preferably in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
Extensive experience in multiple real estate domains: Workplace Strategy and Design, Real Estate Portfolio Management, Workplace Experience and Operations, Digitalization and Transformation, Corporate Real Estate Strategy.
Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives and driving organizational change.
Strong leadership experience, including building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent business acumen and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior executives and global partners.
Experience operating in complex, international organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
Results-oriented mindset combined with strategic thinking, innovation, and the ability to turn vision into execution.
