Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotic welding equipment.
- Replace bearings and bearing assemblies, and repair/rebuild mechanical assemblies.
- Install gearboxes and perform drive shaft rebuilding.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Perform welding on damaged equipment and fabricate parts.
- Adhere to all lockout/tagout procedures.
- Complete work orders via CMMS software, aiming for 80% maintenance utilization.
Requirements
- Technical training and certification preferred.
- PM tech level 2 experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic assemblies.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic assemblies.
- Experience troubleshooting bearings.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing basic electrical circuits.
- Ability to operate CMMS software and fill out work orders.
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
- Ability to operate specialized and basic hand tools.
- Ability to use bearing pullers and bearing heater, and press.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
- Must have own tools including sockets and wrenches up to 1” and 25mm.
